This pleasant 65m2 country house offers a spacious and peaceful space, while being ideally located just a few minutes from Montpellier and Sète.

Perfect for a family or a group of friends, this accommodation has two bedrooms that can accommodate up to four people.

You will find two beautiful bedrooms as well as a large living room, dining room opening onto the kitchen with a view of the garden.

The first bedroom is equipped with a bed for two people, very nice light, and a desk for working.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe to allow you to store your belongings!

All bed and bathroom linen is provided.

On request and as an option, a travel cot can be made available to you.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, TV and a charming view of the garden.

The open kitchen is ready for preparing delicious meals. A plancha and a raclette grill are also at your disposal, as is a dining table to bring together young and old as well as a bar for your aperitifs!

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine!

So, after a day spent strolling the streets of Montpellier, you can relax in La Vérune in this traditional house, whether inside or in its garden. You can enjoy a friendly plancha and the green setting that surrounds it and its local shops.

You will also find a Senseo coffee maker, a kettle, a raclette grill and a microwave at your disposal.

A small garage is at your disposal, although it is not suitable for vehicles, it is possible to park on the street free of charge.

Please note that in order to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, the organization of parties is prohibited. The stay could be interrupted in the event of non-compliance with this rule.

Please note, the house is divided into 2 completely independent floors, each with its own garden. Neighbors live on the 1st floor.
